Northwest High Performance Tennis, Tennis Center –Design Proposal for a new 6-court indoor tennis facility including member services area, tennis lounge, management offices and locker rooms. The design also includes an indoor running track and parking garage.
Golf Driving Range for Marymoor Park –Design Proposal for a new two-level driving range accommodating 44 tee stations, a pro shop, putting area, food concessions and covered outdoor dining.
Pecota Hall, Northwest University, Kirkland, WA –Space planning and permitting to provide an open shared lounge extension between the café and the existing student lounge and the campus mail area.
Boscoe Inc, Bothell 405, Bothell, WA – Design services to provide space planning for a quick remodel/refinish tenant transition for an industrial/office space.
Celebration Center, Sea-Tac Centers, Federal Way, WA – Ongoing design services including documenting on site conditions, providing BOMA calculations, marketing plans, initial space planning, and permitting retail tenants.
Flourish Family Medicine, Mill Creek, WA – Coordinated and artful space planning design to provide a 4 exam room clinic space with ensuite restroom/changing facilities with a central service hub.
Master Na Karate. Celebration Center, Federal Way, WA –Space planning and permitting for a relocated karate school. Worked to achieve an over-the-counter permit to facilitate a quick reopening after closure due to former location’s water issues.
Pinkabella Cupcake Kiosk, Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood, WA – Coordination of engineering and kiosk supplier’s design to facilitate approvals from the Mall and permitting approval from the City of Lynnwood.
Honduran Consulate Offices, Earlington Building, Renton, WA – Space Planning revisions* and permitting. The Consulate features five visa stations to facilitate patrons seeking documents for visiting or doing business in Honduras. Security of the site was an important part of the program and the design. (*Original Space planning completed in early Spring 2016 by Ware Malcomb)
Zeeks Pizza, Issaquah Highlands, Issaquah, WA – Original tenant buildout. Implement design concept in concert with corporate standards. Space planning, interior finishes, health department approvals, permit approvals.
452 Collective, 6710 Building, Kirkland, WA – Collaborative Co-Working Space Conversion. Strategically develop space plan, interior finishes and details and collaboratively develop work pods.
Canyon Creek Church Renovation, Mill Creek, WA – Space plan and permitting for relocation into newly acquired building. Develop permit approach to allow for increase in sanctuary size and seating without requiring additional improvements. Expedite permit to accommodate launch date.
Clinic of Cosmetic Surgery, Tierra Del Lago Building, Kirkland, WA – Space planning and permitting for certified ambulatory surgical center, recovery rooms and treatment rooms including reception and back-office support areas.
